We are working hard to create a portal that will allow parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs (SEND) to apply for and manage their child’s EHCP (Educational Healthcare Plan) in England. If you already have an EHCP we can manage that too!

Lots of people don’t know what an EHCP means. This site will allow you to understand the process, in plain English. We are here to make sure that your Local Authority sticks to the law. Local Authorities regularly break the law; they rely on you not knowing your rights.

Did you know that once you apply for an EHCP, and the local authority approve doing an assessment, they usually have just 20 weeks to get that final plan to you from the date you applied?

The Local Government Ombudsman (LGSCO) say that the Local Authority should pay the parent or carer £100 for every month the plan is late over that 20 weeks! We will help you raise that complaint.
