EHCP Limited is a not-for-profit company. We are run by volunteers who have been through this. Who have had to fight for their kid’s rights. We want to make the journey easier for you than it was for us.

Every penny we raise goes back in to supporting the parents and carers of children with educational needs and disabilities. Helping them apply for and manage their child’s EHCP.

We know the Law and we will monitor the Local Authority and make sure they stick to the timescales. And when they don’t, we will raise complaints on your behalf.
